I’m looking for a versatile full-stack developer who can take my wireframes and turn them into a production-ready that works smoothly on both web and mobile. The core flow is simple: a client logs in, submits a service request, and instantly sees confirmation while I monitor every request on a real-time dashboard. As requests move through each stage, WhatsApp and SMS messages must fire automatically so no one misses an update.
For this first release we’ll only expose a client-facing interface, but the back-office dashboard you build will let me (the admin) track incoming tickets, assign status, and drill into basic analytics. I’m deliberately holding off on a separate service-provider portal until after launch, so the architecture needs to keep that future module in mind without over-engineering today.
Key elements I need from you
• Responsive web app plus a lightweight mobile build (React / React Native, Flutter, or similar—open to your recommendation).
• Secure client authentication, role-based access, and clean database design.
• Real-time dashboard updates (WebSockets, Firebase, or an equivalent you prefer).
• Plug-and-play integration with WhatsApp Business API and an SMS gateway so I can configure message templates myself.
• Deployment to a cloud platform I can easily maintain—AWS, GCP, or Azure are all acceptable.
Acceptance criteria
1. A client can register, log in, and create a new service ticket in under two minutes.
2. The admin dashboard reflects every new ticket within one second of creation.
3. Status changes trigger the correct WhatsApp and SMS notifications without manual refresh.
4. Code is handed over in a clean Git repository with a concise README covering setup, environment variables, and deployment steps.
If you’ve shipped similar SaaS or marketplace MVPs before and can move quickly while keeping the stack lean, let’s talk.
