We're Hiring: B2B Sales & Market Development Executive
Scarlet Blinks | Premium Indian Botanical Lifestyle Brand
Scarlet Blinks is a women-led social enterprise building a premium Indian botanical lifestyle brand through thoughtfully crafted candles, artisan diya collections and distinctive gifting products. We work with traditional artisan communities and women to create products with both commercial and social value.
We are looking for a proactive sales professional who can help us acquire new B2B customers in India and international markets.
What you will do
- Identify premium retailers, gift stores, lifestyle boutiques, corporate gifting buyers, hospitality businesses and overseas distributors.
- Build a qualified sales pipeline through research, LinkedIn, email, phone calls, referrals and follow-ups.
- Introduce our products, coordinate samples, prepare quotations and convert interested buyers into paying customers.
- Develop repeat business with existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, quotations, orders and collections.
- Share weekly sales updates and market feedback with the founder.
What we are looking for
- Ideally 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, wholesale, gifting, home décor, handicrafts or lifestyle products.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Evidence of personally generating leads and contributing to sales conversions.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM tools, email and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Export sales or distributor experience is an advantage.
Compensation: ₹25,000–₹30,000 monthly fixed pay, depending on experience, plus performance-linked incentives. The final package will be agreed based on the candidate's experience and role responsibilities.
