We are looking for an **experienced Freelance B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Freelancer** on a **commission-based model** to generate leads and acquire corporate clients for our BGV services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify and approach companies that require employee Background Verification services.
* Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, networking and other channels.
* Connect with HR Managers, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Teams, Recruiters, Admin Teams and Business Owners.
* Introduce II GLOBAL VERIFY's BGV services and understand the client's verification requirements.
* Arrange meetings or product/service demos with potential clients.
* Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
* Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
* Identify opportunities for bulk employee verification and recurring BGV requirements.
* Maintain regular updates on leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.

**Ideal Candidate:**

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to independently generate leads and manage the sales cycle.
* Existing HR / corporate network will be an advantage.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working on a performance-based commission model.
