## Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced **SaaS/Product Demo Video Creator** to create a professional product walkthrough video for **Range360**, a golf range management and booking platform.

Range360 is designed for golf ranges and entertainment venues to manage their day-to-day operations from one platform, including **online bookings, bay management, customer management, payments, events, CRM, reporting, and operational workflows**.

The objective is to create a polished, modern product demo that clearly communicates **what Range360 does, how it works, and the value it provides to golf range operators**.

## Scope of Work

The freelancer will be responsible for:

* Understanding the Range360 platform and its key features
* Helping us finalize the **video flow/storyboard**
* Recording high-quality screen demonstrations of the platform
* Adding professional zooms, highlights, cursor movements and transitions
* Adding titles/callouts to explain important features
* Creating a professional voice-over or coordinating an AI/professional voice-over
* Adding suitable background music
* Incorporating Range360 branding, logo and brand colors
* Editing and delivering the final polished video

The demo should showcase key areas such as:

* Online Booking
* Booking & Reservation Management
* Bay View / Live Bay Management
* Ground Floor & First Floor Bay Management
* Customer Management / CRM
* Payments & Billing
* Events & Group Bookings
* Promo Codes
* Operational Dashboard
* Reports & Analytics
* Other key Range360 management features

We will provide access to a **test/demo account** and explain the complete workflow to the selected freelancer.

## Video Style

We are looking for a modern B2B SaaS product demo style — clean, premium and easy to understand.

The video should combine:

Screen Recording + Motion Graphics + Text Callouts + Voice-over

It should not feel like a basic screen recording. The final video should be suitable for:

* Range360 website
* Sales presentations
* Product demonstrations
* YouTube
* LinkedIn and social media
* Sharing with prospective golf range operators

## Expected Duration

Approximately 3–5 minutes for the main product demo.

We would also like the possibility of creating shorter 30–60 second feature videos from the main video for marketing purposes.
