Job Title: MERN Stack Developer for B2B Listing Website with Admin Panel

Project Description

I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer to develop a B2B listing platform where businesses can publish opportunities and interested users can discover listings, generate leads, and submit enquiries or applications.

Technology Stack:

Frontend: React.js

Backend: Node.js + Express.js

Database: PostgreSQL

ORM: Prisma (preferred)

Key Requirements:

Public Website: Responsive website with listing search, filters, listing details, and enquiry/application forms.

Three Listing Modules:

Franchise Opportunities

Distributorship Opportunities

Manufacturing Listings / Manufacturing Partners

Multi-Vendor Dashboard: Vendor registration, login, profile management, listing creation/editing, and enquiry management.

Industry-Based Access: Role-based vendor access according to business type and industry.

Admin Panel: Manage vendors, industries, categories, listings, approvals, applications, subscriptions, leads, and website content.

Lead Generation & Management: Capture enquiries from listings, assign leads to the relevant vendor, track lead status, and allow vendors and admins to manage and monitor leads through their respective dashboards.

Subscription Management: Admin can create and manage subscription plans, pricing, validity, and features. Vendors can view plans, subscribe, track subscription status and expiry, and access features according to their plan. Payment gateway integration can be discussed separately.

Technical Requirements: Secure authentication, mobile responsiveness, database integration, performance optimization, and SEO-friendly pages.

Deliverables:

Complete working website, admin panel, and vendor dashboard.

Source code and PostgreSQL database schema.

Deployment, documentation, testing, and bug fixing before final handover.
