B2B Lead Research and Conversion Specialist

I am representing GROW India – Govind Raadhaa Organizational Wonders, a business growth and systems consulting initiative.

We are looking for a remote B2B Lead Research / Business Development / Digital Marketing Associate who can help us identify suitable businesses, contact decision-makers, follow up with interested prospects and convert qualified opportunities into paying customers.

Proposed commercial arrangement:

- No advance payment or monthly retainer.
- ₹1,000–₹2,000 for each new customer successfully acquired through your documented efforts, payable only after GROW receives the agreed client payment.
- No payment for raw contact lists or leads that do not convert.
- All terms, responsibilities and attribution rules will be mutually agreed in writing before work starts.

GROW provides consulting services relating to business processes, SOPs, governance, risk, compliance, internal controls, management reporting and business systems.
