I’m rolling out a new service for mid-sized financial firms and I need a seasoned copywriter who can craft a short, formal and highly professional cold-email sequence that promotes our offering and feeds directly into a polished one-page proposal.

You’ll be working with positioning notes, basic product specs and a few client success metrics that I’ll supply. From those, I expect you to distill a clear value proposition, develop an opening email that earns attention without gimmicks, follow up twice with fresh angles, and finish with a tightly written proposal that decision-makers can pass around internally. Every word must speak the language of finance—risk mitigation, ROI and compliance—while still sounding human and engaging.

Key deliverables:
• Three-part cold email sequence (subject lines + body copy).
• One-page B2B proposal ready for PDF or letterhead.

The copy should be ready for A/B testing, so provide alternate subject lines and two key body variations for the first email. I’ll review for tone, clarity and regulatory sensitivity; final approval hinges on those points. If you’ve successfully written for banks, FinTech or investment managers before, this will feel familiar. Please share one comparable sample and a short note on your typical turnaround time.
