About Us:
Emun Data (based in Tallinn, Estonia) is an engineering and data security lab focusing on AI data pipelines, Shadow AI detection, PII data protection, and technical readiness frameworks (such as ISO 8000 and EU AI Act compliance) for FinTech, InsurTech, and tech-driven enterprises.

We are expanding our Centre of Excellence—a collaborative network of independent senior consultants and boutique agency owners. Our goal is to join forces on high-value client projects, cross-refer clients, and co-create expert-led webinars and content.

What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking independent, entrepreneurial professionals (solopreneurs, boutique consultants, and fractional leaders) specializing in:

Cybersecurity & InfoSec (Fractional CISOs, penetration testers, audit specialists).

Data Privacy & Legal Compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act, DORA, risk assessment).

Data Architecture & Engineering (Data governance, data quality, secure cloud/on-prem pipelines).

Financial & Risk Advisory (FinTech / InsurTech risk mitigation and regulatory frameworks).

How Collaboration Works:
Non-Hierarchical & Flexible: This is a B2B partnership, not a standard employment job. You keep your independence and client relationships.

Complementary Projects: When a client project requires combined expertise (e.g., technical data audit + legal/security compliance), we pitch and deliver together.

Co-Marketing: Co-hosting industry webinars, producing whitepapers, and expanding joint market visibility across Europe and Central Asia.

Revenue Sharing / Referral Model: Transparent commercial terms for co-delivered projects and mutual client referrals.
