I’m expanding the reach of Aflac Business Services and need an experienced caller to engage medium-sized companies across retail, healthcare, technology—really, any sector that fits the profile. The task is straightforward: introduce me as “with Aflac Business Services, helping businesses offer employee benefits,” give a quick overview of how supplemental coverage can strengthen their retention strategy, and secure a 20-minute slot on the decision-maker’s calendar.

You’ll work from a concise script (or refine one with me), keep conversations polite yet purposeful, and handle basic objections before confirming the appointment in my calendar system. A calm phone presence, solid note-taking, and respect for gatekeepers are essential.
