# Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — AX Media

**AX Media is looking for motivated Cold Callers / Appointment Setters to join our remote sales team.**

### About the Role

Your main responsibility will be to contact clinics and businesses, introduce AX Media’s services, identify interested prospects, and book qualified meetings for our team.

You will **not be expected to close the final website deal yourself**. Your primary goal is to create genuine interest and successfully book a meeting with an interested business owner or decision-maker.

### Your Responsibilities

* Find relevant business/clinic leads initially on your own.
* Make outbound calls using your own number initially.
* Follow the calling script and training provided by AX Media.
* Speak professionally with business owners, doctors, clinic managers, or decision-makers.
* Identify potential clients who may be interested in our services.
* Handle basic objections and questions.
* Follow up with interested prospects when required.
* Book qualified meetings for the AX Media team.
* Maintain accurate information about your calls and follow-ups.

### Commission & Earnings

This is a **100% commission-based opportunity**.

* You will receive **20% commission per successfully closed deal**.
* Payment is made **only after a deal is successfully closed**.
* There is **no fixed salary or payment before a deal is closed**.
* The number of deals you generate directly affects your earnings.
* There is no fixed limit on the number of calls you can make. You can make 50, 100, 150, 200+ calls depending on your availability and goals.

For example, if your efforts contribute to a successfully closed deal worth ₹20,000, your 20% commission would be ₹4,000.

### Training & Support

Before you start, AX Media will provide training covering:

* Cold calling fundamentals
* Calling script
* How to start conversations
* How to identify interested prospects
* Objection handling
* Follow-up techniques
* Appointment setting
* Basic information about AX Media and our services

Initially, you will need to manage your own leads and calling number.

After you have been working with us for some time and demonstrate consistency, we may provide additional resources such as a dedicated business Telegram account and lead/contact lists to make the process easier.

### Who We're Looking For

Previous experience is helpful but **not mandatory**.

* Confident and professional in communication
* Consistent and willing to learn
* Comfortable working independently
* Able to handle rejection professionally
* Serious about building results through sales and outreach
