Job Title: B2B Cold Caller (US Real Estate Agents) – Appointment Setter [Base + Commission]
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated, fluent English-speaking B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to reach out to Real Estate Agents, Brokers, and Teams across the United States. We provide all the leads, scripts, and the calling system. Your primary objective is to make calls, qualify leads, and schedule 10-minute demo meetings on our calendar.
Compensation Structure
14-Day Trial Period: Performance-based trial. You must complete 100 to 200 calls over these 14 days to demonstrate activity and appointment-setting capability. Earn $50 USD commission per closed deal during this period.
Post-Trial Base Salary: Upon successfully passing the 14-day trial, you will transition to a permanent role with a $150 USD/week Base Salary + $50 USD Commission per closed deal.
Responsibilities
Conduct 100–200 outbound cold calls during the trial using our provided software (OpenPhone).
Pitch our 24/7 AI Voice Assistant (Virtual ISA) to Real Estate Agents, Brokers, and Team Leads.
Book qualified 10-minute demo appointments directly into our Google Calendar / Calendly.
Track daily call statuses, notes, and outcomes in a shared Google Sheet.
Requirements
Fluent/Native English speaker with a clear US accent (non-negotiable).
Proven track record in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting (experience calling Real Estate Agents or Wholesalers is a huge plus).
Ability to handle objections professionally and speak the real estate language (showings, buyer/seller leads, speed to lead).
Reliable high-speed internet, a quality headset, and a quiet home office setup.
