B2B Clothing Store Website Build

I need a full-featured ecommerce site that lets wholesale buyers purchase clothing and accessories in bulk and see prices that are tailored to their negotiated terms. The emphasis is strictly B2B, so a clean registration flow for business accounts, VAT/tax capture, and a dashboard where clients can download invoices and track large orders are all essential.

Core functions I must have:
• Bulk ordering: users should be able to add sizes, colours and quantities quickly—ideally through a grid or CSV upload—then check out in one step.
• Custom pricing: once a buyer signs in, all catalog and cart prices should reflect their tier or contract rate automatically. Volume-based discounts have to stack correctly.

I’m platform-agnostic as long as the solution is stable and easy for me to maintain.
