We are a licensed labour hire company in Victoria. We supply support workers to aged care providers and educators to early childhood centres. We're looking for an experienced Australian-based appointment setter to book meetings with new clients for us.
What you'll do
Call aged care facilities, home care providers, long day care centres and kindergartens across Victoria (metro Melbourne first, then regional)
Speak with decision-makers such as Facility Managers, Directors of Nursing, Care Managers, Centre Directors and Area Managers
Book a 15–20 minute meeting or call between them and our director
Log every call and outcome in a shared tracker

You don't need to sell, quote prices or negotiate. Booking the meeting is the whole job.
What counts as a qualified meeting
A decision-maker who currently uses agency staff, or has staffing gaps, and agrees to a meeting that goes ahead.
Who we're looking for
Based in Australia, with clear spoken English
Proven experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting
Experience in aged care, childcare, healthcare or recruitment is a big advantage
Comfortable talking to busy managers
Holds an ABN and works as an independent contractor
Pay
Commission only: $150 per qualified meeting that goes ahead, paid weekly
No cap on earnings
Starts with a 2-week trial, with ongoing work for the right person
This is not an hourly or salaried role. If you need a guaranteed wage, this one isn't for you.
