B2B Acquisition Specialist for LokalNeeds

We are looking for a **B2B Business Acquisition / Outreach Specialist** to onboard small businesses onto **LokalNeeds**.

### About LokalNeeds

LokalNeeds provides businesses with a simple direct-ordering link. Customers can select items and submit their order, and the business receives the order in a structured format through WhatsApp.

### What We Need

Your main goal is to **find and successfully onboard businesses onto LokalNeeds**.

We will provide some sample Instagram business profiles that represent the type of businesses we are targeting. You can approach those businesses or find similar businesses yourself using Instagram, Google, or other channels.

Target businesses may include:

* Home bakers
* Cloud kitchens
* Small restaurants
* Food sellers
* Other businesses already taking orders through WhatsApp/Instagram

You are free to choose your own outreach and acquisition strategy.

### Success Metric

We are **not measuring this project by the number of leads collected, DMs sent, or businesses contacted**.

The primary KPI is:

**Number of qualified businesses successfully onboarded onto LokalNeeds.**

An onboarding should be a genuine business that agrees to use LokalNeeds and gets its ordering page set up and activated.

### Compensation

We prefer a **small fixed trial payment + performance-based payment for successful onboardings**.

Please propose your pricing and how many businesses you realistically expect to onboard during the initial trial.

If the results are good, this can become an ongoing project.
