Create an original premium FinTech + B2B industrial design using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, responsive for Android, iPhone, tablet and desktop. Use Burgundy/Red, Charcoal, White and subtle Orange.

Core workflow:
Manufacturer/Distributor → Create Invoice → Dealer Notification → Dealer Login → Review → Approve & Pay with approved B-Power/ICICI credit → Credit Check/Reservation → Payment Authorization → Invoice Paid → Manufacturer Notification → Dispatch → POD Upload → Dealer Delivery Confirmation → Settlement → Commission → Reconciliation.

- Public website, Marketplace, Login/Signup
- Separate Manufacturer/Dealer onboarding and dashboards
- Invoice creation, approval, payment and status state machine
- Credit dashboard, reservation and utilization logic
- MockICICIIntegrationAdapter with production integration placeholder; never invent APIs or store card PAN/CVV/PIN
- Orders, dispatch, POD, delivery confirmation and disputes
- Settlement engine with configurable demo 4% commission + 18% GST
- Finance dashboard and three-way reconciliation
- Admin control tower, CRM, notifications, risk engine, audit logs and support
- PostgreSQL/Supabase schema with RBAC, validation, idempotency and transaction safety
