Azure Environment Replication via Anydesk

I have a live web application running in Azure together with its supporting resources. My goal is to create an identical copy inside a separate Azure account so I can test new changes safely. While production stays untouched, the replica must mirror the current App Service plan, databases, functions, storage, networking, and any other dependencies exactly.

We will perform the entire process through an interactive AnyDesk session so I can follow each step and ask questions in real time. You will:

• Re-create every resource and configuration required by the site (connection strings, managed identities, access policies, custom domains, SSL bindings, etc.).
• Verify the copied environment works end-to-end by browsing the site, running key workflows, and confirming data connectivity.
• Explain the reasoning behind each action and note any pitfalls, limits, or cost implications I should be aware of.
• Leave me with a concise set of written steps or an ARM/Bicep/Terraform template I can reuse for future refreshes.

Acceptance criteria
1. The duplicated environment loads successfully in a browser with no runtime errors.
2. Background jobs/functions trigger as expected.
3. Database reads and writes operate independently of production.
4. I can tear down and rebuild the test setup using the provided template or notes.
