AWS S3 Setup & Hardening

I’m rolling out a new workflow that will rely heavily on Amazon S3, and I need a specialist who can get it production-ready from day one. The engagement covers three concrete areas:

• Storage setup – create the buckets, versioning, lifecycle rules, logging, and the naming scheme so everything scales cleanly.
• Data migration – script or configure a safe move of several terabytes from an on-prem source into the freshly built S3 structure while keeping integrity checks and the option to resume on failure.
• Permissions & security – apply IAM policies, bucket policies, and encryption (at rest and in transit) to meet least-privilege and compliance expectations.

Please attach a detailed project proposal that outlines your approach, key milestones, and any AWS tooling or automation you plan to leverage (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform, AWS CLI, etc.). If you have prior S3 architectures or migration reports you can reference, that will help me gauge fit.

Final acceptance will be based on a clean, documented S3 environment, successful data migration with verification logs, and a concise runbook I can hand to my ops team.
