AWS Learner Support: EC2 & Lambda

I’m working my way through AWS and would like an experienced hand to guide me. My immediate focus is on EC2 instances and Lambda functions.

For EC2, I need to walk through a clean instance setup, ensure security groups, key-pairs, and basic networking are correct, and learn how to monitor and maintain the instances once they are live. With Lambda I’m comfortable writing small bits of code, but I would like help integrating those functions with other AWS services so they behave reliably in production-style workflows.

Ideally, we will screen-share while you explain each step, then give me short follow-up exercises to confirm I’ve understood. When we finish a topic, a concise checklist or snippet of Terraform/CloudFormation that reproduces the configuration would be perfect for reference.

Deliverables
• Live tutoring sessions (recording allowed)
• Step-by-step notes or scripts reproducing the EC2 configuration, security, and monitoring setup
• Sample Lambda integration demonstrating event triggers and service permissions
• Brief Q&A support after each milestone to clear up anything that still feels fuzzy
