AWS Cost Optimization Partnership

I’m opening up a partnership slot for an agency, MSP, software house, or independent consultant that wants to turn AWS infrastructure into a higher-margin line of business rather than a cost center.

Here is how the collaboration works. Through my access to the AWS Partner Support Program, I place all of the client-facing or internal AWS accounts you nominate under a consolidated, optimized billing umbrella. From day one you see two things: lower monthly cloud spend and an additional profit slice you can keep on every dollar that now flows through the streamlined bill. Because the spend is aggregated, the accounts qualify for larger tiered discounts, rebate mechanisms, and - when applicable - promotional AWS credits that are otherwise hard to unlock. Those credits can be applied to new migrations or to trim existing workloads, so you can roll out new projects with less risk and visibly strengthen ROI for your customers.

My role covers:

• Full analysis of each linked account to surface over-provisioned services, idle resources, and mis-tagged usage
• Continuous cost-optimization recommendations delivered in plain language with suggested remediation steps
• Management of the consolidated invoicing process, charge-back reports, and margin tracking dashboards
• Submission and follow-up of all eligible credit applications under the Partner Support framework

You remain the primary technical and commercial contact for your clients; I simply make the cloud layer leaner and more profitable behind the scenes.
