**Recreate 24-Page Automotive Retail Brochure into a Fully Editable & Consistent AVA-Branded Master**

**Project Description:**

We have a final **24-page Automotive Retail Solutions brochure for AVA Global Alliance**. The content is largely final, but the brochure has been developed through multiple design iterations, resulting in inconsistencies in typography, spacing, colours, page layouts, icons, imagery and overall formatting.

We are looking for an experienced **corporate brochure / presentation designer** to recreate the complete brochure as a professionally formatted, **fully editable master**, preferably in PowerPoint.

The requirement is **not simply to convert or trace the PDF**. The objective is to establish one consistent visual system across all 24 pages while preserving the existing content, messaging and overall information hierarchy.

The design should follow a premium corporate consulting style using predominantly **white, AVA gold and dark navy/charcoal**, with consistency across:

* Typography and font hierarchy
* Page margins and alignment
* Section headings
* Icons and illustration style
* Cards, boxes and borders
* Line weights and dividers
* Image treatment
* Headers and footers
* Page numbering and branding
* Spacing and overall visual balance

All headings, text, icons, shapes, tables, process diagrams and standard graphical elements should remain **fully editable**. Photographs and complex dashboard/mock-up visuals may remain as high-resolution images.

**No page should be delivered as a flattened screenshot.**

### Important Content Requirement

The wording and content should remain **verbatim** unless a change is specifically approved by us.

We will provide:

1. The existing 24-page PDF brochure.
2. A detailed Word document containing page-wise content and design instructions.
3. Reference pages/images showing the intended layouts.
4. Brand and logo assets required for recreation.

### Branding Consistency

Some existing sections currently follow slightly different design treatments because they were developed at different stages. These need to be harmonised into **one consistent AVA Automotive Retail visual identity**.

Relevant individual product or partner branding should still be retained where applicable, while ensuring that the overall brochure continues to look like one integrated AVA publication.

### Recommended Design Process

Before completing all 24 pages, we would like the selected freelancer to initially redesign **three representative pages**:

1. Cover page
2. One information-dense solution page
3. Closing/contact page

Once the design system is approved, it should be applied consistently throughout the remaining pages.

### Expected Deliverables

* Fully editable source file
* Final print-quality PDF
* Editable icons, shapes and diagrams wherever practical
* Embedded/high-resolution images
* Consistent master page/layout system
* List of fonts used
* All final source assets required for future editing

The brochure contains multiple automotive retail solutions including internal audit, workshop audit, SOP transformation, customer experience assessment, stock verification and technology-enabled dealership solutions.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in **corporate consulting presentations, professional-services brochures, automotive presentations, SaaS/product brochures or similar premium B2B collateral**.

**Most important requirement:**
The finished document should look as though **all 24 pages were designed at the same time by one professional design team**, rather than assembled from multiple design iterations.
