I need a brand-new automotive website built on WordPress, using a lightweight, performance-focused theme or starter framework that you’ll customise into a full CMS. The goal is to let my team upload and update vehicle models—complete with prices, photos, specifications and brochures—without ever touching code, while visitors enjoy a fast, responsive experience on any device.
Scope of work:
• Design and develop a modern, mobile-first home page tailored to an automotive audience.
• Build a “Vehicle Range / Models” section where each model can display high-resolution images, spec tables and downloadable brochures.
• Configure the back-end so adding, editing or removing vehicles is as simple as filling out fields in WordPress.
• Optimise loading speed, SEO fundamentals and security from day one.
• Provide clear hand-over documentation (or a brief training call) so my staff can manage content confidently.
Acceptance criteria:
1. Pages load in under three seconds on standard mobile 4G.
2. All model data is editable via custom fields in the WordPress dashboard.
3. Site passes Google Mobile-Friendly test.
4. No critical errors flagged by PageSpeed Insights or Wordfence after launch.
If you’ve built automotive or catalog-style WordPress sites before—and can demonstrate clean code, solid UX and reliable performance—I’d love to see your portfolio and discuss timelines.
