We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist to help manage and upload products to our growing automotive aftermarket parts store.
Our catalog includes exterior body parts, carbon fiber accessories, performance upgrades, engine components, and interior accessories for various vehicle makes and models.
We have hundreds of products waiting to be uploaded, with ongoing additions to our catalog.
Some product information, images, specifications, and descriptions will be provided. However, certain listings will require additional research, SEO optimization, and accurate vehicle fitment verification.
We are looking for someone who can work efficiently, independently, and accurately.
Responsibilities
* Create and upload complete product listings using BigCommerce, CSV imports, bulk editing, or individual product uploads.
* Write clear, professional, SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, key features, and meta information.
* Research and verify accurate vehicle fitment, including make, model, year, chassis codes, and applicable trims.
* Ensure all product titles, descriptions, features, and fitment sections follow our established formatting and consistency guidelines.
* Upload, resize, organize, and assign product images correctly, ensuring photos match the actual product and compatible vehicle.
* Assign appropriate product categories, pricing, SKUs, product options, and specifications.
* Identify and prevent duplicate product listings.
* Maintain consistency across similar products and product categories.
* Review and correct your own work before submitting listings for approval.
* Maintain accurate product records and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
* Previous experience uploading and managing products for e-commerce stores.
* BigCommerce experience is strongly preferred.
* Automotive aftermarket parts knowledge is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of vehicle fitment, model years, trims, and chassis codes.
* Experience with SEO product titles, descriptions, and metadata.
* Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and CSV product imports.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
