I have several months of raw automotive service records that need to be transformed into reliable, presentation-ready workbooks. My immediate priority is accurate data entry and rigorous cleaning—specifically removing duplicates, correcting any formatting inconsistencies, and validating every key field for accuracy. Once the data set is trustworthy, I’ll also be moving on to the usual next steps of insightful formulas, Pivot Tables, and dashboards, so an eye for analysis will be valuable, even if the first milestone centres on cleanup.

If you have worked with dealership or workshop data before, you’ll recognise the quirks these files can contain and the importance of precision when labour hours, parts numbers, and costs are involved. Experience with warranty claims or broader dealership reporting is a definite plus.

Deliverables for this phase:
