Automotive Double-Sided PCB Recreation

I have a clear photograph of a double-sided PCB taken from an automotive control module and I need that board faithfully recreated from scratch. There is no schematic, component list, or labelled photo available—only the image itself—so the job calls for full reverse-engineering talent.
What I need from you is a complete, manufacture-ready package: the schematic you derive from the picture, the routed board layout matching the original dimensions and hole placements, and production files (Gerber, drill, pick-and-place). A concise BOM based on the components you can visually identify will round off the hand-over. Accuracy is critical: track widths, via sizes, and copper pours must respect typical automotive reliability standards.
You are free to work in KiCad, Altium, Eagle, or any other mainstream tool, as long as the exports are industry-standard and ready for fabrication. Before final delivery I will print the board outline at 1:1 to confirm dimensions, so please be prepared for one feedback cycle to fine-tune mechanical fit.
Deliverables:
• Schematic in native tool format and PDF
• Gerber & drill files matched to the photo
• Pick-and-place file and basic BOM
If you have a background in automotive electronics and have handled double-sided reverse-engineering projects before, your experience will be a perfect fit. Let’s bring this legacy board back to life.
