Automated Purchase Bill PDF

I need a small utility that reads purchase data from an Excel sheet and turns each row into a professionally laid-out PDF purchase bill. I only require one consistent template, but it must display three key blocks of information:

• Item details with individual prices and totals
• Our company and the buyer’s details
• The purchase date along with a unique bill number

The layout can be in any modern toolset you prefer—Python with ReportLab, JavaScript with pdfmake, or even a lightweight desktop macro—so long as the final output is a clean, printable PDF. I will provide the Excel structure and some sample data; you return the completed script, the editable template, and a batch of sample PDFs that prove everything lines up correctly.

Acceptance criteria: the script processes the full workbook in one run without manual intervention, generates one PDF per transaction, names each file by bill number, and mirrors the totals exactly as they appear in the source sheet.
