**Build a Reusable UK HVAC Missed-Call → SMS → WhatsApp Booking Automation**

## Project Description

I need an experienced **automation developer** to build a reusable, white-label workflow for UK HVAC businesses.

The purpose of the system is to recover missed customer calls and convert them into booked callbacks or technician visits.

### Core Workflow

**Customer calls HVAC company**
→ Call is missed/unanswered
→ Wait around 10 seconds
→ Send an SMS with a WhatsApp link
→ Customer continues entirely on WhatsApp
→ Selects their issue
→ Provides name, postcode, address and problem details
→ Chooses either:

* Request a callback
* Book a technician/home visit

→ Appointment is added to calendar
→ HVAC business receives lead/job details
→ Customer receives WhatsApp confirmation and reminders
→ After job completion, customer receives a WhatsApp Google review request

## WhatsApp Flow

After the initial SMS, the remaining customer journey should happen mainly inside WhatsApp.

Suggested options:

* No heating/cooling
* Repair
* New installation
* Maintenance/service
* Urgent issue
* Other

The customer should also be able to:

* Send photos/videos
* Reschedule
* Cancel
* Request a callback
* Book available service slots

## Integrations

Preferred stack:

* **n8n**
* Twilio or suitable UK telephony/SMS provider
* WhatsApp Business API
* Google Calendar / similar booking system
* Google Sheets or lightweight database
* Webhooks/APIs

I am open to better technical recommendations.

## Very Important — Reusable Template

This must NOT be built as a one-off system.

I need a reusable white-label template that can be cloned for multiple HVAC clients.

Important settings such as these should be easy to change:

* Company name
* Phone number
* WhatsApp number
* Owner/team contact
* Services
* Business hours
* Service areas/postcodes
* Calendar
* Technicians
* Appointment duration
* Follow-up timings
* Google review link

## Requirements

The freelancer should provide:

* Full workflow ownership
* Exportable n8n workflow/template
* Setup documentation
* Short walkthrough video
* Instructions for cloning it for a new HVAC client
* Error handling/fallback logic
* No dependency on the freelancer's personal accounts
* Clean and organized workflow structure
