Automated iOS Certificate API Integration

I need a developer who can design and code a fully-automated API that takes a user’s UDID, registers the device through the Apple Developer portal, creates the signing certificate and provisioning profile, then returns the finished bundle as a neatly named ZIP file. Each order will rely on the customer’s own Apple Developer account, so the workflow must let the user supply the necessary credentials or secure token for that single transaction only—nothing is generated under a shared team account.

Orders will arrive from two entry points: a Telegram bot (already live) and a small web form. After the user pays, the bot or site should fire the same endpoint, start the certificate process, and finally deliver the ZIP back through Telegram and, if the order came from the website, by direct download link or email.

I need a short proof run first: one test request that produces a valid certificate so I can confirm the system end-to-end before we move into longer-term cooperation.
