Automated Excel Payment Tracker

I have the raw customer-payment table ready and now I need it turned into a clean, easy-to-update Excel workbook that tracks every rupee at a glance.

What I need built
• Formulas that instantly calculate each customer’s pending amount and assign the correct “paid”, “partial”, or “unpaid” status. A payment should flip to “paid” the moment the paid amount equals the total due and to “partial” when it covers only part of the balance.
• Conditional-formatting colour cues—green for paid, amber for partial, and red for unpaid—applied automatically across the sheet.
• A compact summary section (total due, total paid, total pending) that updates in real time so I always know overall exposure.

Source data
Customer ID, name, total due, paid amount, pending amount, status, and follow-up date for five sample customers are already provided; structure the file so new rows can be added without breaking the formulas or formatting.

Acceptance
The file should open in Microsoft Excel (Office 365) with no macro warnings, all calculations should refresh correctly when I change numbers, and the colour scheme must remain intact after sorting or filtering.

Deliverable: one .xlsx file ready for immediate use.
