Automated Device 3D Model Redesign

Hi,

I am looking for an experienced CAD / product design engineer to professionally redesign and finalize an existing 3D model of a compact automated device.

I already have a basic STL model that shows the general shape, size and layout I want. The current model should be used mainly as a visual and dimensional reference, but the final design must be properly engineered and fully functional.

Approximate overall dimensions: 500 × 480 × 400 mm

The final design needs to include:

* A large open working area in the front, approximately 450 mm wide and at least 350 mm deep
* A drainage surface and water collection tray underneath
* A removable wastewater tank/drawer at the lower front, approximately 10–12 litres
* The wastewater drawer must slide completely in and out without collision and should include a handle, guides and a simple retaining mechanism
* A rear fresh-water tank area for approximately 5 litres
* A separate rear cleaning-fluid tank area for approximately 2–2.5 litres
* A central technical compartment located between the areas intended for the left and right tanks
* Both tanks must be refillable from openings on top of the housing using tubes/hoses leading directly into the tanks
* The top filling openings should be suitable for rubber or silicone caps
* A separate dry electronics compartment
* Space for control electronics, relays, fuses, pump controllers, connectors and wiring
* A battery compartment connected centrally from the rear
* The battery cover must be removable without tools and should use a proper snap-fit / clip mechanism
* Rear locating hooks and front/side clips would be preferred
* Several small cable-routing holes in the rear wall of the battery compartment
* A larger opening for a cable bundle
* A front display area angled slightly upward
* Space behind the display for electronics and wiring
* Clear separation between wet areas and electrical areas
* Space must remain available for future motors, pumps, hoses, spray nozzles, sensors, shafts, bearings and moving mechanical components
* Four mounting points for rubber or adjustable feet

Very important:
I am not looking for a model that only looks correct visually. The design must be mechanically realistic.

All removable parts must actually be checked in the CAD assembly. For example, the wastewater tank must be tested from fully inserted to completely removed, with no collision against the drain, housing or guides. The same applies to the battery cover and service areas.

I would like the final delivery to include:

* Complete editable CAD assembly
* Original CAD source file
* STEP files
* Individual component files
* Exploded view
* Clearly named components
* Proper tolerances for snap-fits, covers and the wastewater drawer

I can provide my current STL model as a reference for the exterior design and general layout.
