Automated Challan Management System Development

Hello,
I need a complete automated challan management system for my legal/business work.
My requirements:
Extract challan details automatically from uploaded PDF files using OCR/AI.
Store extracted data in Google Sheets.
Compare Bill and Urgent sheets using Challan Number.
Urgent sheet: Column C = Challan Number, Column G = Status.
Bill sheet: Column G = Challan Number, Column K = Settlement Amount.
Identify matching challans where Urgent status is "clear" and Bill settlement amount is ₹0.
Automatically highlight only the relevant Challan Number cells in Bill Column G.
Detect duplicate challans, missing records and OCR errors.
Process new PDFs daily with minimum manual work.
Provide a simple dashboard and error report.
I do not want to manually operate complicated formulas or scripts.
Please first review a sample of my actual files and demonstrate a working prototype with 50–100 records.
