Automated Alibaba Supplier Outreach & Replies

We already have a tool that automates Alibaba supplier messaging, and we're looking for a developer to build a more powerful, scalable version. We use it to reach suppliers/manufacturers about our product, IMA168 International Marketplace access.

What we need:

Higher-capacity outreach — ability to manage and message a much larger number of suppliers than our current setup
Automatic replies / conversation handling (e.g. responding to common supplier questions, follow-ups, routing more complex replies to a human)
Better contact management: dedupe, organize, and track status across suppliers
Multi-channel support where possible (Alibaba messaging plus email, etc.)
Sensible pacing, scheduling, and controls so volume is manageable and accounts stay as safe as possible

Requirements:

Strong background in automation, scraping, and/or bot development (please share examples)
Experience with messaging automation and auto-reply logic (templates, rules, or AI-assisted replies)
Familiarity with anti-detection / account-safety practices for platform automation
Reliable, well-documented delivery and good communication
Bonus: prior experience with Alibaba or similar B2B platforms

Deliverables:

A working, documented tool that handles higher-volume outreach and automatic replies
Setup guide and handover so we can run and maintain it
