Automate WhatsApp Orders via n8n

I run all incoming orders through WhatsApp and now want n8n to take the manual work off my hands. The flow must start the moment a customer message lands in WhatsApp. From there, the workflow should:
• Capture the order details directly from the WhatsApp chat (text and any media).
• Append those details as a new row in Google Sheets, matching my current column structure.
• Save any attachments or generated PDFs neatly into a Google Drive folder, ideally one sub-folder per order so everything stays organised.
Please include a detailed project proposal when you reply. Show me how you plan to hook into the WhatsApp Business API (or a gateway you trust), which n8n nodes you will chain together, and how you will handle error-logging and retries. I also need brief hand-off documentation so I can adjust field mappings or folder paths later.
Deliverable acceptance criteria:
1. A fully functioning n8n workflow file (.json) that I can import.
2. Clear setup instructions covering WhatsApp webhook creation, Google credentials, and any environment variables.
3. A successful live test demonstrating one sample order flowing end-to-end into Sheets and Drive.
If this sounds straightforward to you and you have proven n8n builds behind you, I’m keen to get started.
