I’m ready to replace a handful of repetitive, behind-the-scenes chores on my site with a single, reliable automation. The goal is simple: once your solution is in place, day-to-day workflows that currently need human input should run entirely on their own, with clear logs so I can verify everything worked.

What you’ll actually build will depend on the underlying stack (the site could be WordPress, Shopify, or fully custom), so I need someone comfortable analysing the current codebase, identifying integration points, and choosing the best toolset—Python with Selenium or Playwright, Node with Puppeteer, Zapier or Make, custom cron jobs, webhooks, you name it—as long as the final result is stable and easy to maintain.

Key expectations
• Analyse my existing workflow step-by-step and propose an automated equivalent.
• Develop, test, and deploy the automation so it runs unattended on a schedule or in response to defined triggers.
• Provide concise setup notes and handover documentation so I can tweak schedules, credentials, or endpoints later without digging through code.
