Automate Paper Data Collection

I currently rely on an external data-entry service to key information from paper documents into our system. This manual data collection is slow, expensive, and invites errors, so I want to replace it with an automated workflow that captures the data directly from the scanned pages and delivers it in a clean, structured format.

Here is what I need: you will design and implement a solution that takes batches of scanned paper documents, extracts the required fields accurately, and outputs them as CSV or JSON ready for import. Optical Character Recognition, intelligent form parsing, and a light validation layer are likely parts of the stack, but I am open to your suggestions on tools and frameworks so long as they reduce keystrokes to near zero.

For acceptance, I will look for:
• A working prototype that can process a representative sample of our documents and reach a usable accuracy rate.
• A brief report showing extraction accuracy before and after your post-processing or validation logic.
• Clear deployment notes so my in-house team can run the workflow without your direct involvement.
