Automate Microsoft Forms Creation

I want a script or low-code flow that automatically spins up new Microsoft Forms whenever my team in VP Lab asks for one. Each generated form must already contain:

• a set of standard text fields (question titles will be supplied)
• a date picker field for scheduling purposes

If your solution makes it easy for me later to drop in multiple-choice questions as well, that flexibility is a plus, but the text and date fields are mandatory from day one.

The trigger can be whatever is simplest—Teams command, SharePoint list entry, or an Outlook keyword—as long as the result is a fresh Microsoft Form ready for distribution, stored in the correct Team Forms group, and returned to me with the share link.

Deliverable: documented automation (Power Automate, Azure Function, Graph API, or comparable) plus a quick walkthrough so I can maintain it myself.
