Automate iOS AdMob Video Plays

I need a small, reliable automation that can repeatedly open my test build on iPhone or iPad, request a Google AdMob video ad, and let that ad play through to completion without any extra input from me. Nothing else is required—no clicks on the creative and no post-view tracking—just clean, continuous playback so I can stress-test fill rates and server-side reporting.

Ideally the solution runs on real devices (simulator support is a bonus) and allows me to set how many ad impressions to cycle through in a session. Whether you prefer XCTest UI Automation, Swift scripting, or any other iOS-friendly method is up to you; what matters is that the routine stays stable for long runs and can be triggered with a single command.
