I need each submission from an online form to flow straight into an Excel-compatible file without any manual copy-and-paste. The form will be completed through a standard web browser; whether it lives on a public site, our intranet, or even inside a mobile wrapper is still open for discussion—whichever route you feel delivers the cleanest, most reliable pipeline.

Here is the outcome I’m after:
• A working form (HTML/JS, React, or comparable) that captures all required fields.
• A back-end process—PHP, Python, Node, or similar—that instantly writes every new entry to an Excel file. XLSX is ideal, but I’m flexible if CSV or legacy XLS suits your chosen library better.
• The Excel file should keep a running log of submissions with no duplicates, date-stamped rows, and headings matching the form labels.
• Simple deployment instructions so I can move the solution from your test environment to production without surprises.

If you prefer using utilities such as OpenPyXL, PHPSpreadsheet, or a direct ODBC connector, that’s fine as long as the final deliverable meets the criteria above and remains easy for a non-developer to maintain.

Please let me know which language, libraries, or low-code platform you plan to use, how you’ll handle data validation, and roughly how long you expect integration and testing to take.
