My list takes the place of the bank statement import in my recommendations, as it already says which invoices each transfer pays:
- we upload Customer’s list (Excel, or the PDF). Each line finds its invoice, and the system makes one receipt per transfer with those invoices ticked. You type what the bank actually credited; the difference (the USD 7) is booked as bank charges, and the exchange difference as well.
1. We should have the issued invoice to the Customer
2. PO Number should match with the PO number from the PDF/Excel
3. Total amount of the P/Ns should match with the total amount received
- From the same list, the system proposes the supplier invoices behind those sales invoices for payment, one payment per supplier, so paying them the same week takes a few clicks.
- The payments received so far, loaded from Customer’s lists in one go.
- As recommended: Customer’s payment terms on every invoice, so the due dates and Overdue are right, and the month-end revaluation of the USD and CNY balances.
