I am building a hands-off outreach engine that pulls fresh B2B prospects from Apollo.ai, drafts individualized sales pitches with ChatGPT, and delivers them through Mailchimp—everything stitched together with Zapier (or any smarter alternative you may recommend).

Here is what I need the workflow to do from end to end:
• New contact appears in a saved Apollo.ai list.
• Zap (or equivalent) pushes the contact data to ChatGPT, which generates a concise, personalized sales pitch referencing the prospect’s firmographic details.
• The generated copy is injected as a dynamic block in the correct Mailchimp campaign and scheduled or sent immediately, with key metrics (opens, clicks, replies) tagged back to the contact record for future segmentation.

Success for me means:
1. Zero manual touch once the automation is on.
2. Every email contains the personalized sales pitch produced by ChatGPT, not a generic template.
3. Deliverability, merge fields, and tracking all work flawlessly in Mailchimp.
4. Clear documentation so I can edit prompts, segments, or timing without breaking the chain.
