AutoCAD Structural & Lighting Plans

I have two hand-drawn sketches that I want translated into clean, well-layered AutoCAD files.

1. Pier fixing structural details – I need intermediate-level detailing: connection geometry, anchor positions, and clear dimensions so a Council certifier can see that it complies with engineering practice. It will be printed on A4 paper.
2. A floor plan that also includes a lighting tabulation table for natural lighting by 9 windows, notes, and the summary table on separate layers so it prints clearly on A4 paper

I’ll supply the scans of the sketches and any rough dimensions the moment we start. Please keep the drawings to 1:100 (plans) in metric units and Not To Scale for the details which involve fixing a post to a brick base, use sensible layer naming, and return both the editable DWG and a plotted PDF set. If something is unclear in my sketches, flag it before proceeding so we keep revisions minimal.
