AutoCAD & SketchUp Residential Model

I need a fully detailed 3-D model of a residential building produced in both AutoCAD and SketchUp. The purpose is architectural design, and I want to explore and refine every aspect of the house, inside and out.

Scope
• Exterior: accurate massing, façade elements, roof geometry, site topography, and basic landscaping so the model sits naturally in context.
• Interior: room-by-room layout, walls, floors, ceilings, staircases, built-ins, and representative furniture blocks to check clearances and flow.

Deliverables
• Native AutoCAD (.dwg) and SketchUp (.skp) files, neatly organised with layers/tags for structure, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and site.
• Two rendered perspective images—one exterior, one interior—to illustrate material intent.
• A brief PDF sheet set with floor plans, two elevations, and one section generated from the model.

Acceptance criteria
1. Dimensions follow the metric grid I will provide (tolerance ±10 mm).
2. All major objects are grouped/components for easy edits.
3. No missing faces, reversed normals, or orphan layers/tags.
