I need a complete 3-D model and drawing set for a quadcopter frame styled after the Holybro X650/X500 series. AutoCAD is my preferred tool, so please base the entire build in native .dwg format.

Key goals
• The frame must remain lightweight yet highly durable, using geometry and material call-outs that keep weight down without sacrificing strength.
• Leave clear, measurable mounting points for a standard 3-axis camera gimbal and a Jetson Nano companion computer. Access for wiring and cooling should be designed in.
• Overall size and proportions should stay close to the Holybro references, but I am open to your structural improvements as long as the 650 mm class footprint is respected.

Deliverables
1. Fully parametric AutoCAD 3-D model of the frame and arms.
2. Exploded and assembly drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and BOM.
3. STL or STEP exports for rapid prototyping.
4. A brief PDF explaining material choices and weight estimate.

Acceptance criteria
– Total frame weight target under 600 g (without fasteners).
– Gimbal and Jetson mounting holes align with standard patterns (I can supply exact spacing on award).
– All parts manufacturable by typical CNC or 3-D printing processes without unsupported walls >4 mm.

If you have relevant examples, especially of previous quadcopter or UAV frames designed in AutoCAD, share a snapshot so I can gauge fit. Let’s create a robust, flight-ready design together.
