I receive laser-scan data in E57 format and need each cloud converted into a clean, accurate 2D floor plan. You’ll work in BricsCAD (or AutoCAD if that is your preference) using my template and layer standards, tracing the scan precisely so walls, doors, windows, room names, plus fixed features such as stairs, kitchens, and bathrooms read clearly when the drawing opens.
I’ll supply:
• The point cloud (E57)
• A reference DWG with title blocks, layers, and example annotation conventions
You will:
• Import and interrogate the cloud, slicing as needed to isolate floor levels
• Draft every required element with tight tolerance—nothing can be eyeballed
• Annotate rooms and fixed items on the correct layers
• Purge, audit, and deliver a ready-to-use DWG free of stray geometry
Send back the DWG together with a brief change log so I can quality-check quickly. Reliability, tidy linework, and evidence of previous point-cloud-to-CAD work are essential; please include two or three sample drawings that demonstrate similar tasks.
Turnaround and communication must be prompt so I can keep commitments to my own clients. If this first collaboration runs smoothly, there is steady, repeat work waiting.
