AutoCAD Plan for Two-Story Home

I am seeking an experienced Autodesk Revit specialist with a strong background in residential architecture, interior design, and construction documentation to help translate existing floor plans, measurements, design concepts, and reference images into accurate, professional 2D and 3D architectural drawings.

The primary goal is to create a comprehensive visual and technical design package that can be shared with contractors to streamline communication, reduce mistakes, and ensure that design specifications are clearly understood before construction and installation.

Scope of Work

The selected freelancer will assist with:

* Creating accurate 3D Revit models from existing architectural plans, measurements, sketches, and reference images.
* Developing detailed 2D floor plans with precise dimensions.
* Designing and modeling kitchens, bathrooms, closets, pantries, and other interior spaces.
* Creating detailed bathroom layouts showing showers, vanities, toilets, bathtubs, niches, benches, and fixture placements.
* Incorporating plumbing fixtures, electrical locations, cabinetry, lighting, and other design details.
* Producing realistic 3D interior views to help visualize the completed spaces.
* Creating elevations, sections, and dimensioned drawings for contractor reference.
* Updating drawings as design decisions and construction requirements change.
* Organizing drawings into clear, professional, contractor-friendly documentation packages.
