I have a steady stream of completed AutoCAD architectural plans and need precise quantity take-offs—not more design work. From each drawing I require total wall areas, individual door and window opening sizes, plus overall roof-slab areas.

Your workflow should leave me with two clear deliverables for every plan: the original PDFs annotated with your dimensions and calculations, and an Excel sheet that neatly summarises the totals and any simple break-downs you needed to reach them.
