I need a moderate-complexity mechanical part drafted accurately in AutoCAD. The scope is limited to a single part design, not an entire assembly, but it must include every critical detail: full dimensional annotation, tolerances, material call-outs, and neatly organised layers ready for downstream manufacturing.
My rough sketch and key measurements will be supplied at kickoff. From there, I expect a clean DWG (and optional PDF) that conforms to standard mechanical drawing conventions. A 3-stage milestone structure works best for me—initial layout, first revision, and final file—within a total project budget of $1,000.
Completion will be accepted when the final DWG opens without errors, dimensions match the provided spec within ±0.1 mm, and line types, layers, and title block follow the agreed template. If you routinely work in AutoCAD for mechanical drawing and are comfortable with mid-level part complexity, this should be a straightforward engagement.
