AutoCAD Marine Door & Hatch Design

I need detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for a set of aluminum doors, hatches, and fixed windows that will be installed on a small marine-grade boat. The geometry must be ready for fabrication, showing cut-out profiles, gasket recesses, fastening patterns, and clear weld or bolt call-outs. All work has to comply with the relevant ISO standards for watertight integrity and safety, so tolerance notes and reference clauses should appear directly on the sheets.

Please base the concept on common aluminum plate thicknesses available from major North American suppliers, and organise your layers and blocks so my production team can separate framing, hardware, and glazing quickly. If you use any custom latches, hinges, or dogs, include the manufacturer’s reference in the parts list.

Deliverables
• Native .dwg files plus exported PDFs at A1 size
• Exploded views and section cuts for each unit
