AutoCAD House & Landscape Modeling

I have drawn a rough concept of my future home on paper and now need it turned into professional files. Your job is to rebuild the sketch in AutoCAD, delivering both clean 2D plans and a fully detailed 3D model.

Here is what you can expect from me and what I need from you:

• I will supply the hand-sketch along with all critical room, wall, and site dimensions, so accuracy is essential.
• I want the finished DWG files plus PDFs of the floor plans, elevations, and one axonometric or perspective view for quick sharing.
• Please include a concise landscaping proposal integrated into the site plan that specifies suitable types of plants and trees for each zone and shows an outdoor lighting layout that complements the architecture. Feel free to suggest fixtures, pole heights, or recessed options—whatever works best for the concept.
• The 3D model should mirror the 2D drawings, with layers and objects logically organised so future edits are straightforward.

Acceptance criteria
– All provided dimensions match in both 2D and 3D files.
– Landscaping key clearly labels plant species and lighting locations.
– Files open error-free in AutoCAD 2021 or later.
