AutoCAD Apartment & Gym Shell

I already have the detailed DWG plans for a one-bedroom apartment and the adjoining gym area; what I need is a clean, well-layered AutoCAD file that captures the full 2D set and a simple 3D massing model of the gym area only.

I just want to focus on ONE WALL of the flat but look at this wall with some gym equipment at different angles to see what fits best. We will be building a gym wall together and I will give you measurements for all the equipment.

I will forward the existing DWG drawings as soon as we start. Your task is to:

• Refine the 2D layout, ensuring layers, line weights and annotation standards are tidy and consistent.
• Extrude the model into 3D within AutoCAD (or compatible software) so I can orbit, section and export for visualization later.
• Deliver both the updated 2D DWG and the 3D DWG (or compatible) files, ready for me to open without any missing references.

Accuracy to the supplied dimensions is critical; otherwise the job is straightforward. Let me know how quickly you can turn this around and if you have any questions about the scope.
