AutoCAD 2D Conversion for CNC

I need a hand-drawn 2D design on A3 paper converted into an AutoCAD file. This file will be used for a CNC machine to engrave the design onto MDF particle board.

Requirements:
- Convert 2D design accurately
- Include some labels and annotations as needed
- Deliverable in AutoCAD format, ready for CNC use
